If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
